Epoxy Designs for Branding and Decoration
Logo badges and decorative illustrations can use a regular outline or follow the shape of the artwork. Individual packs are available for retail or promotional use.
Printed Artwork with an Epoxy Finish
The epoxy layer covers the printed artwork with a resin surface. Beneath it, the design can feature a logo, an illustration or a full printed background.
- Logo Badges
A compact badge gives the brand mark the main position. A short name can sit beneath or beside an emblem within the same resin-finished outline. - Decorative Graphics
Illustrations can fill the whole sticker face or follow a custom silhouette. Multicolor artwork makes the image itself the focus of the piece. - Borders and Backgrounds
A printed background can fill the sticker face, while a border separates the image from the outer edge. Both become part of the design beneath the resin. - Resin Surface and Edge
A sample shows the resin surface and finished edge as well as the print. These features are easier to judge in person than from a flat artwork preview.
Custom Shapes and Outlines
Round and square outlines frame the artwork, while a custom contour can follow the image itself. The finished dimensions also need to fit the item being decorated.
- Round Badges
A circular outline suits a centered emblem or compact logo. Text following the circle needs enough room to remain readable at the finished diameter. - Square Layouts
A square outline gives a logo, name and background a regular frame. Space around the artwork keeps the border distinct and the design from looking crowded. - Custom Contours
An outline can follow the silhouette of a logo or illustration. Fine extensions and narrow sections affect how the shape can be cut and finished with resin. - Cutting Outline
A separate cutting line shows where the sticker ends. Our prepress team can help develop it from your artwork and the required dimensions.
Colors and Fine Details
Artwork details change as a design is reduced. The finished sticker size guides the printing method, lettering and spacing beneath the resin.
- Full-Color Artwork
Digital printing is an option for gradients and multicolor illustrations on suitable sticker materials. The print method is selected with the material beneath the resin. - Pantone Designs
Screen printing is an option for single-color or multicolor Pantone artwork. Complex gradients need a different printing approach from solid areas of color. - Small Lettering
Short names and fine lettering need room within the printed design. A simple typeface and clear spacing help keep small wording distinct from the surrounding graphic. - Graphic Spacing
Space between fine lines, lettering and the outer border keeps a small logo recognizable. Dense details can merge visually when a large design is reduced.
Surfaces and Placement
The printed face and resin create the appearance, while the application surface guides the adhesive and base material selection.
- Surface Material
Adhesion depends on the outer surface of the item, including paint or coatings. Material selection accounts for that surface as well as the resin finish on the sticker. - Available Area
The sticker dimensions can fit a defined panel or a smaller decorative area. Nearby edges and fittings affect the usable space and the position of the graphic. - Use Conditions
Indoor display, outdoor exposure and frequent handling place different demands on the sticker. The material recommendation takes those conditions into account. - Application Sample
A sample on the intended item shows the resin-finished design in place and provides a basis for assessing adhesion or exposure requirements.
Packing for Retail and Bulk Orders
Packing depends on whether the stickers will be sold individually, applied during assembly or distributed with other products. The quantity in each pack is part of the order.
- Individual Packs
Separate packs suit stickers handed out or sold one at a time. Custom packaging can add a backing card or branded presentation to the finished piece. - Sheet Presentation
Several stickers can be supplied together on a sheet. The spacing allows room to handle the individual resin-finished pieces. - Pack Quantities
Bulk quantities can be divided into smaller packs for distribution. The order lists the total sticker count and the number in each pack. - Private Label Packaging
Your branding can appear on the packaging as well as the sticker. Packaging artwork is prepared separately from the logo or illustration under the resin.
