Working with Our Sticker Factory
Our team handles artwork preparation, sampling, production and packing, with updates as your order moves through the factory.
Custom Sticker Types
Die-cut stickers follow a design's outline; sticker sheets hold a group of designs; clear stickers let the package show through; and holographic or foil stickers add a reflective finish. Our range also includes epoxy stickers, car and window decals, UV transfers, roll labels, and industrial and security labels.
Sticker Materials
We print on vinyl, PET, PVC and paper. The material affects the sticker’s background, feel and suitability for the surface it will label, as well as the printing and finishing options available.
- Vinyl Stickers and Decals
Vinyl is available for logo stickers, illustrated die-cuts, and larger vehicle or window graphics. The material is selected for the installation surface and exposure conditions. - Clear PET and PVC
Unprinted areas of clear PET or PVC let the surface beneath show through. On a bottle or box, that background becomes part of the design, so the printed colors need enough contrast to remain readable. - Paper Stickers and Labels
We use paper for packaging labels, retail sticker sets and promotional handouts. It can be supplied as individual pieces, sheets or rolls, depending on how the labels will be applied or distributed. - Materials for Special Finishes
Alongside conventional paper and film, we offer holographic and foil materials and epoxy finishes. These are used for logos, decorative graphics and packaging where the surface effect is part of the design.
Size, Shape and Cutting
A sticker can have a simple round or square outline, or a contour cut around the artwork. We size the design and cutting line to fit the area it will occupy.
- Round and Square Shapes
Round stickers frame compact logos; square formats leave room for a logo with supporting text. Either can be sized for a packaging panel, a promotional item or a designated branding area. - Custom Die-Cut Shapes
The cut can follow a logo, character or illustration closely, or leave a border around it. The artwork and cutting line are prepared together so that the border and printed graphic sit where intended. - Dimensions from Your Drawing
Finished dimensions are measured as width and height, or diameter for a circle. If a sticker must fit a particular space, a drawing or photo with measurements helps us size the design before a sample is made. - Preparing the Cutting File
A dieline is the path the cutting equipment follows. It needs to match the artwork’s scale and position; narrow points and intricate contours are reviewed before sampling.
Printing Your Artwork
We use digital printing, screen printing and UV transfer processes. The choice depends on the artwork, material and whether the design needs a flat print or a raised transfer effect.
- Digital Printing for Full Color
Digital printing handles full-color illustrations, multicolor logos and gradients on suitable PET, PVC, paper and vinyl. - Screen Printing for Spot Colors
Screen printing is available for single-color and multicolor Pantone designs, especially artwork with solid areas of color. For complex gradients, we usually recommend digital printing. - UV Transfer Stickers
UV transfers apply a full-color, raised graphic to an item. Adhesion depends on the item’s material and outer finish, including any paint or coating. - Artwork and Color References
Your logo files, illustrations and Pantone references guide the print preparation. The chosen stock also affects the result: a clear or reflective background can change how the printed colors appear.
Lamination and Special Finishes
A finish can cover the face of a sticker or emphasize part of the artwork. We offer lamination, foil, holographic effects and epoxy, with the combination chosen to suit the material and design.
- Laminated Surfaces
Lamination adds a separate film over the printed face, covering the artwork across the sticker. The film is chosen to suit the base stock and printing method. - Foil Details
Foil gives logos, lettering or decorative elements a metallic effect. The foil areas need to be identified in the artwork; fine details are reviewed for the selected material and process. - Holographic Effects
Holographic material reflects changing colors as the viewing angle changes. Printed areas and open spaces can be arranged to let more or less of that reflective background show through. - Epoxy Stickers
An epoxy resin layer sits over the printed artwork, giving the sticker a raised, dimensional face. It suits logo badges and decorative labels where the shape and surface are part of the design.
Individual Stickers, Sheets, Rolls and Packs
How the stickers will be sold or used affects the delivery format. A retail set may need several designs on one sheet; a giveaway may need individual pieces; a packaging operation may need rolls.
- Individual Stickers and Packs
Individual pieces are useful for giveaways, merchandise and packs assembled with other products. Separate packaging is available when each sticker or set will be handed out or sold on its own. - Coordinated Sticker Sheets
A sticker sheet can hold a group of related designs for retail or promotions. The layout needs room for each design at its finished size; the overall sheet dimensions also affect the pack it will fit into. - Roll Labels
Paper, PET and PVC labels can be supplied on rolls for packaging, logistics and retail. For machine application, the roll core, outside diameter and unwind direction are specified to suit the equipment, alongside label size and quantity. - Custom Packaging and Private Labels
Packaging can carry your branding and group the stickers into retail or wholesale quantities. Kraft paper, recycled paper and recyclable cartons are among the available options; material availability can affect the quotation and schedule.
Appearance, Application and Supporting Documents
For decorative stickers, the sample helps settle color, shape and finish. Vehicle, industrial and security labels may also need application tests and documents for a specific requirement.
From Material Inspection to Packing
After incoming materials pass inspection, we print, laminate where required, die-cut and remove waste. We inspect print quality, lamination, cut accuracy and dimensions during these stages. Before shipment, we check the finished appearance, quantities and packing against the order.
