Roll Labels Made to Your Specification

  • The standard minimum order is 500 pcs. Label quantities and the roll arrangement are listed in the quotation.
  • Paper, PET and PVC options for custom-printed labels.
  • Custom label dimensions and round, square or shaped outlines.
  • Digital printing for full-color artwork, or screen printing for suitable Pantone designs.
  • Roll core, diameter and winding direction are assessed with your application requirements.

Roll Label Printing and Supply

We handle printing, cutting and slitting, with checks on the labels and their packing before shipment.

Material Recommendation

We consider what the label will be applied to, how it will be handled and the finish you need when discussing paper, PET or PVC.

Artwork Preparation

Our prepress team works on logos, text and cutting outlines at the final label size, so the printed layout fits the available area.

Printing Options

Digital and screen printing serve different artwork needs. Gradients, solid Pantone colors and the selected material help determine the printing method.

Roll Planning

Equipment requirements such as core size, roll diameter and winding direction are part of the supply discussion, alongside the number of labels per roll.

Quality Checks

We inspect materials, print appearance, cutting and finished dimensions, then verify quantities and packing before the order is shipped.

Shipping and Records

Production updates, quality inspection reports and shipping coordination are available, including export documentation support for overseas orders.

Roll Label Materials and Formats

Paper, PET and PVC are starting material options. The label dimensions, artwork and way you apply the labels determine the rest of the order specification.

Label Materials and Applications

Paper, PET and PVC offer different starting materials for a printed roll label. The receiving surface, storage conditions and handling help determine the appropriate grade and finish.

  • Paper Labels
Paper labels are available for packaging, retail and logistics. The selected paper grade and finish depend on the expected handling and any exposure to moisture.
  • PET and PVC Films
PET and PVC are film options for printed branding or identification. The grade is selected to suit handling, exposure and the application surface.
  • Application Surface
A coating or change in the receiving surface can affect material selection. The same printed design may therefore use a different label specification on another pack.
  • Material Samples
A sample lets you compare the printed face and finish on the intended pack. It also provides a starting point for any adhesion or handling assessment.

Label Sizes and Cutting Outlines

Custom dimensions and outlines can fit a pack panel, follow the artwork or frame a compact label design.

  • Width and Height
Custom width and height let the label fit the usable area of the pack. Those dimensions also determine the room available for branding and essential wording.
  • Regular Shapes
Round labels provide a compact frame for a mark or short message. Square layouts offer a regular area for combinations of text, logos and supporting graphics.
  • Custom Shapes
A cutting outline can follow a brand graphic or packaging design. Detailed edges need review at the finished size and with the selected label material.
  • Space at the Edge
Space between important lettering and the cutting edge keeps the printed layout clear. Background artwork and the cutting outline are prepared together.

Layouts for Packaging and Identification

Retail labels often give branding the main space, while logistics labels tend to put identification first. The layout can reflect the job the label does.

  • Branding
The logo and product name can take the main position on a retail label, with supporting information arranged around them. The balance depends on how much wording the pack needs.
  • Product Details
Product descriptions and instructions can be included with the brand artwork. Longer wording may call for a larger label or a different arrangement of the content.
  • Identification Text
A logistics or identification layout can give names and reference information priority over decorative graphics. Longer references need enough print space to stay readable.
  • Supporting Text
Supporting text can sit below the product name in a separate block. Clear spacing keeps instructions or small details from blending into the main branding.

Printing and Finishing Options

The color content of the artwork helps determine the printing method. Any lamination is considered with the label material and the conditions the label will encounter.

  • Full-Color Digital Printing
Digital printing supports multicolor artwork and gradients on suitable materials. It is an option for labels that combine brand graphics with illustrated or photographic designs.
  • Pantone Screen Printing
Screen printing supports single-color and multicolor Pantone designs. It is suited to solid-color artwork; complex gradients need a different printing approach.
  • Color References
A Pantone value or existing printed reference gives the sample a color target beyond screen appearance. This is useful when matching the label to other packaging.
  • Optional Lamination
Lamination is an option for suitable paper and film labels. The desired surface finish and expected handling help determine whether it is included in the order.

Roll Specifications and Packing

Rolls can be planned for hand application or assessed against labeling equipment requirements. The core, outside diameter and winding direction are specified alongside the label count.

  • Core Size
The roll core fits over the holder on the labeling equipment. Its inside diameter must match the equipment requirement.
  • Outside Diameter
The equipment’s maximum outside diameter limits the size of the roll. This affects the number of labels that can be supplied on each roll.
  • Winding Direction
Winding direction determines how the labels feed from the roll and which way the print faces. A machine specification or roll diagram defines the arrangement.
  • Counts and Packing
Rolls can be packed separately or supplied with private label packaging. The order lists the total label count and the number of labels per roll.

Paper and Film Labels on Rolls

The label face determines the printed surface, while the roll specification determines how the labels are supplied and fed for application.

Paper, PET and PVC Options

Paper, PET and PVC labels can be printed with the artwork for your packaging or identification task. The proposed grade and finish are assessed for the receiving surface, handling and exposure.

Hand or Machine Application

For hand application, roll size and label count affect how the roll is handled. For machine application, the roll dimensions and label orientation need to fit the equipment’s feed arrangement.

Material Documents

Specifications, supplier documents and relevant reports can be provided for the selected label material. Additional third-party testing can be arranged where the application calls for it; scope and cost depend on the test.
